1. Nationwide Shipping Rates (All PIN Codes)

We provide safe, reliable courier delivery across all PIN codes in India. Shipping charges are calculated uniformly based on the total quantity of items (cloth pieces) ordered:

• 1 Item: ₹70
• 2 Items: ₹110
• 3 Items: ₹150
• 4 or above Items: ₹150 + ₹40 for each additional item (cloth piece)
• Orders ₹3,000 and above: 100% FREE Delivery across India!
• All PIN Codes: Exact same uniform delivery charge across India.

Please note: To ensure fast and secure doorstep service, all orders are processed via 100% Pre-paid Online Payment (UPI, Cards, NetBanking).

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched directly from our flagship store in Vastralatha Complex, Vijayawada within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

• Within Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2 – 3 business days
• Metro Cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi): 3 – 5 business days
• Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days

3. Store Pickup Option

Customers located in Vijayawada may choose Store Pickup during checkout at no extra charge. Orders are packaged and kept ready at Shop No. 123, Vastralatha Complex within 3 hours.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking SMS and email notification with direct courier tracking links will be issued to your registered contact number.

5. Non-Replaceable Items & Delivery Damage Replacement

Please note that all cloth fabrics and garments sold at Pardhu Creations are strictly non-replaceable. However, if a product is physically damaged during delivery transit:

• Customer must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video proof clearly showing the sealed package, shipping label, and damage.
• Video proof must be sent directly to the store owner via WhatsApp (+91 96400 96644) within 24 hours of delivery.
• Upon verification, a fresh replacement piece will be dispatched and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
